DAVID BAXTER

In 1997, David entered the durable medical equipment industry through Medical Necessities & Services, LLC. Under his leadership, the company grew from a local DME operation into a multi-location organization with more than 175 employees before its successful sale to AeroCare in 2018.
David's experience operating a growing DME organization led him to recognize opportunities where technology could improve efficiency, patient engagement, and outcomes. He created and launched S3 Resupply, a technology platform designed to transform the management of PAP resupply patients. What began as a startup concept grew into a platform utilized by DME providers to support and manage millions of patients.
Building on that experience, David later developed and launched SleepGlad, an innovative technology platform that pioneered the use of artificial intelligence and 3D facial analysis to assist in CPAP mask selection for patients with obstructive sleep apnea. SleepGlad was among the industry's earliest AI-driven mask-selection solutions, designed to improve mask fitting, patient experience, and therapy success, with its technology ultimately supporting millions of patients.
Throughout his career, David has combined his clinical background with entrepreneurial and operational experience to identify challenges within healthcare and develop practical solutions to address them. His experience includes building and scaling DME organizations, developing healthcare technology companies from concept through commercialization, creating patient-engagement and compliance solutions, executing strategic transactions, and developing partnerships across the DME and healthcare industries.
Today, David continues to build and grow healthcare businesses across respiratory care, sleep medicine, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), complex rehabilitation technology, and healthcare technology. His focus remains on developing scalable organizations and solutions that improve patient access, simplify healthcare workflows, increase operational efficiency, and ultimately improve the patient experience.
David Baxter is a healthcare entrepreneur and innovator with more than 30 years of experience spanning clinical care, durable medical equipment, healthcare operations, and technology development. A registered nurse by training, David began his career in oncology after earning his nursing degree from Columbia State Community College, gaining firsthand experience caring for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Nyika Wright is Executive Vice President of Baxter Technology Group, where she contributes to business process design and strategic planning across BTG's family of healthcare technology products. With more than 15 years of experience turning complex healthcare challenges into practical, scalable technology, Nyika has built her career at the intersection of patient care and innovation within the HME/DME industry. Her path into healthcare technology began outside it. Nyika started in academic and scientific research before moving into direct patient care, spending 15 years in ophthalmology, where she discovered a deep empathy for patients and, through the rollout of EMR/EHR systems, a passion for the technology behind better outcomes. That discovery led her into healthcare informatics in 2010, where she went on to lead development of the HME/DME industry's first omni-channel patient engagement platform, its first CPAP adherence platform, and brought to market its first AI-based software solution, automating processes that hadn't existed before and keeping patient outcomes and client efficiencies at the center of her work.
At Baxter Technology Group, Nyika brings that same combination of clinical insight and operational rigor to the solutions offered, shaping the strategy and processes behind BTG's growth.
Outside of work, her philanthropy extends across church and civic communities serving both the youth and elderly, and various missions for domestic violence and abroad.

Greg’s distinguished career is built on technical excellence and executive leadership; he graduated top of his class in the MED CDP program in 1997 and has served as a partner and shareholder for several prominent regional and national DMEs, directly steering strategic expansion and market growth. Known for excelling in high-pressure environments, Greg possesses a deep understanding of complex Medicare/Medicaid frameworks, CPAP adherence, resupply programs and ERP solutions, making him a trusted asset in the modern healthcare technology landscape.
Greg is an accomplished healthcare industry veteran and business leader with over 45 years of experience spanning sales management, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement strategies. As the Business Development Manager at Baxter Technology Group, Greg leads initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency for healthcare providers within the HME/DME industry.
